Nartnapa a highly regarded Thai Chef has a philosophy to cook simple Asian dishes well with fresh local ingredients.
Our roots are firmly rooted in Thailand where Nartnapa was trained by Celebrity Thai Chef Yingsak.
We do not believe in building culinary walls for our dishes or over complicating simple dishes, although our Thai influence is strong you may find flavours or styles from all over Asia within our menu.

During the Coronavirus pandemic Nartnapa transformed from restaurant to cold meal delivery, our aim was to bring a bit of cheer to people within our region whilst keeping our business alive, we delivered to care home employees, teacher teams and many vulnerable people in smaller communities who perhaps otherwise may not have access to a standard take away service for a little treat in amongst the negative umbrella of Covid.
We built a community of Wonderfull customers who to our absolute delight voted for us to become North Devons best Covid take away service within the North Devon take out to help out competition run by local MP Salaine Saxby.
Salaine Saxby went on to announce our efforts within the House of Commons, a personal career high for everybody involved at Nartnapa.

Above Nartnapas Father returns from work through his paddy fields.
Nartnapa grew up on a rice Farm in Northern Thailand.
With great pride from her family Nartnapa attended University and obtained a degree in environmental health.
Although a Wonderfull achievement to obtain, Food was Nartnapas true passion and after meeting her husband Gary and moving to the UK, Nartnapa would return to Bangkok and attended Chef College with her mentor being Thai Celebrity chef Yingsak.
Once her intense studies were complete Nartnapa cooked alongside Chef Yingsak on Thai television.
Nartnapa returned to the UK and now heads up her own kitchen at The Cottage Inn Lynton where she continues to impress as one of Devons finest chefs.
